About Brenda White
Brenda White has successfully
worked in the field of Holistic Hypnotherapy for many
years. An Holistic
Hypnotherapist is comprehensively trained in Hypnotherapy together with additional skills
such as NLP techniques.
"Holistic" means whole and therefore I treat the whole person and not just focus on the symptom only. In addition to Holistic Hypnotherapy, I am also qualified in Past Life Regression Therapy, Life Coaching, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).
I hold the highest qualification that can be awarded by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council which is SQHP and I am also accredited by the National Regulatory Register for Hypnotherapy
I have helped many people over the years overcome problems such
as Anxiety, Stress, Panic Attacks, Irrational Behaviour, Low Confidence, etc.,
including survivors of childhood abuse. If your problem is not listed here, just
ask me, I might be able to help. The most common statement made by a new client
is: "You'll think I'm mad when I tell you" I assure you, I will not!
A number of my clients have already tried many other
treatments to no avail and have little hope of success. Then they are pleasantly
surprised when I actually do help them overcome their problems. In order that I can explain the therapy in more detail
